Delivery and Payments
Personalised products can take up to three days to make, all other products should be dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm, or the next day if ordered after 2pm. All products are sent using Royal Mail which can take up to 3 days to arrive. We are delighted to offer free second class delivery on all products to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you would like your purchases to be sent first class, special delivery or posted overseas please use the 'contact us' page.
We will still post personalised items on the 20th of December, posted first class. Deadline to order is therefore midnight Thursday the 19th for personalised. As Royal Mail says the 20th is the last day for first class post before Christmas it should arrive before the 25th December. Any orders recieved over the weekend will be posted out Monday 23rd but we cannot guarentee them for Christmas. We shut down Christmas Eve until the 2nd January 2020 - any orders recieved in this time will be posted out in the New Year.

As the products are hand-made to order then once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled - nor can the goods be returned once delivered.
In the unlikely event of the goods being damaged or lost in transit then please contact us.
You can purchase products on the website using most major credit and debit cards. There are a few exceptions to this - for example we don't accept American Express cards. The other thing to note is that all cards used must be registered within the United Kingdom.
We only accept payments in UK Pounds (GBP)
We will issue a full refund for goods which are damaged when delivered. Damaged items will need to be returned to us prior to a refund being issued.
